Penerapan Metode Dematel dan Aras dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Multi Kriteria (Studi Kasus Pemilihan Aplikasi E-Wallet di Kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

E-Wallet is a form of electronic money in the form of a card and is commonly used to make payment transactions electronically. Some of the popular e-wallet applications in Indonesia are Dana, Gopay and Ovo. Each of these applications has various advantages and offers. The existence of various advantages makes users look for the most profitable applications and must be selective in choosing the right EWallet application. The DEMATEL method is used to determine the interrelationship between criteria in selecting the best E-Wallet and to find out the weight value of each criterion that is owned by the E Wallet application, then proceed with using the ARAS method used to determine the best E-Wallet. The criteria in this study are transaction convenience, promos, Easy top-up of balances, registration services, and customer service.. Through the calculation results using the DEMATEL and ARAS methods, the dominant criteria were obtained, namely customer service and the best alternative, namely OVO with a value of 5.00, Dana of 2.50, and Gopay of 1.50.
