This research focuses on the problem of quality control during the production of suboptimal white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings during the boiling, cooling, and packaging processes. The purpose of this research is to apply the Six Sigma method to the quality control of white oyster mushroom F2 seedling production. Based on the results of the analysis, it is said that production data and defect data are normally distributed. As for the calculation results using the Six Sigma Method with the DMAIC stage, the results show that the DPMO value is 25470,7 with a sigma value obtained of 3.452. Where each production produces around 13,1273% of defective products. Proposed improvements in the production of white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings include setting the right method, following established production procedures, increasing worker concentration, and making changes to the machine.en_US
