dc.description.abstract | Research has been conducted on the uniformity test and the suitability of slice thickness on CT-Scan images using the American College Of Radiology (ACR) Phantom. Which aims to determine the accuracy and uniformity value of CT Number (uniformity) and the value of slice thickness suitability and determine the effect of slice thickness on CT-Scan images. namely by varying the slice thickness (1.0 mm, 2.0 mm, and 4.0 mm), the exposure factor of 120 kVp and 300 mAs with a circular ROI with a size of 20 mm to determine the uniformity value. From the measurement results, the accuracy value of CT Number at slice thickness of 1.0 mm = -3.5; 2.0 mm = -3.8; and 4.0 mm = -3.4 with a test pass value ≤± 4, while for CT Number uniformity accuracy value at slice thickness of 1.0 mm = -1.1; 2.0 mm = -1.7; and 4.0 mm = -0.8 with a test pass value ≤± 2. In the slice thickness conformity measurement results, the value of each slice thickness 1.0 mm = 0 mm; 2.0 mm = 0 mm, and 4.0 mm = 0 mm with a test pass value ≤0.5 mm. Where these values do not exceed the tolerance limit and meet the standards of BAPETEN regulation no. 2 of 2018 concerning the suitability test of CT-Scan X-ray aircraft on image quality parameters. | en_US |
