Human resources are one of the factors that need to be managed properly by the company. Where the management of human resources must be carried out professionally in order to produce competent human resources so that later it can improve the performance of individuals and companies. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through work ethic at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK BELAWAN. This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 308 respondents with a sample of 175 respondents and the data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis were descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, work ethic had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance, while the results of the indirect effect indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic, and organizational commitment organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic.
