A travel agency as a driving force in the mobility of the tourism business has a duty to attract as many tourists as possible to visit an area by giving a pleasant impression. The travel agency also organizes trips to tourist attractions and is responsible for comfort, friendliness and safety, while on tour such as PT. Cahaya Bintang Holidays which provides good tourism services. This study aims to determine the system strategy at PT. Cahaya Bintang Holidays in marketing tour packages. The research method used is through library research where the data obtained comes from books, articles, journals and other library sources that are useful for research. The research also used field research methods in which data were obtained directly from the field during Field Work Practices, as well as by direct interviews (Interview) with PT. Cahaya Bintang Holidays. The results of the study show that a travel agency in marketing tour packages needs to increase promotion and maintain the quality of services provided. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the tour packages at the travel agency at PT. Cahaya Bintang Holidays are arranged at a certain price which includes tourism components such as: transportation, food, accommodation, guide, and others. | en_US |
