And the purpose of this research is to find out the role in providing employee services to community satisfaction in the Plant Protection Development Unit (UPPT). The method used is descriptive quantitative. In this research. The samples taken in this study amounted to 20 people. As a result, uppt employees in serving guests/customers are indeed good and quite satisfying, indicating that employees are willing to help visitor needs until they are completed so that they can be categorized as very satisfying in providing services, there have been those who have provided support and cooperation to customers and can be categorized as very good. The impact of this application is to improve the quality of the company and provide a more pleasant, motivating, inspiring and meaningful impression for guests/customers.
