This research aims to evaluate and assess the effect of young farmers on the growth of seven agricultural enterprises and its link to regional development in Janggir Leto Nagori, Pane District, Simalungun Regency, Indonesia. The study is both quantitative and descriptive in nature, and its methodology takes the form of a survey technique. 290 young farmers between the ages of 16 and 30 were interviewed for this research, and the sample size of thirty persons satisfied the requirements. The characteristics that were researched were quantified on a Likert scale, and questionnaires and documentation studies were used to acquire the necessary data. Testing for validity and reliability was performed on the list of assertions first, before moving on to evaluating the hypothesis itself. The processing of the data was done using version 20.0 of the SPSS program, and the analysis consisted of descriptive analysis as well as hypothesis testing using path analysis. The findings showed that the variable role of youth farmers (X) had a positive and significant effect on the development of seven farming businesses (Y) in Nagori Janggir Leto, Pane District, Simalungun Regency, and (2) it had a beneficial and substantial influence on the region (Z) in the village. The development variable of the seven farming businesses also had a positive effect on the area (Z) and its relation to regional development.
