    Abstract
Sei Tuan Indah Beach is a beach located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in these waters dominated by mangrove plants. The existence of pressure on coastal ecosystems due to human activities that carry out utilization starting from fishing and tourism causes pollution of the aquatic environment which can affect ecosystems. Molluscs have the two largest members, namely Bivalvia and Gastropods, both of which have various body shapes and shell shapes. This study aims to find out how the conditions of water quality and substrate are at Sei Tuan Indah Beach, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, what is the pattern of distribution of molluscs at Sei Tuan Indah Beach, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, how is the diversity, uniformity and domination of Molluscs in Sei Tuan Indah Beach, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at Sei Tuan Indah Beach, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. by using purposive sampling, the sampling technique was carried out using the line transect method (line transect) then carried out (PCA) water quality parameters for abundance and diversity. The results showed abundance values ranged from 95 ind/m2- 139 ind/m2. the diversity index value (H') ranges from 7.64 to 7.92, the uniformity index value (E) ranges from 1.85 to 1.91 and the dominance index value ranges (C) ranges from 0.08 to 0.09. The PCA results on mollusk diversity show that the parameters of salinity and current velocity have a strong relationship and the PCA results on diversity show that the parameters of brightness have a very strong relationship.
