This study aims to see the effect of work-family conflict on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan employee. This research used a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is married employee of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan with a total of 155 people. The data collection method uses a scale consisting of a work-famiy conflict scale and a organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work-family conflict had a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior among married employee of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, where the more work-family conflict that occurred, the lower the organizational citizenship behavior of married employee of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The effect of work-family conflict on organizational citizenship behavior among married employee of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan is 29,6%. The remaining 70,4% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
