dc.description.abstractThis research aims to examine the effect of workplace incivility on voluntary turnover intention among millennial employees in Indonesia. This research method used in this research is quantitative. The sample of this research is 355 millennial employees working in Indonesia with an age range of 19-25 years. The data collection method uses Likert scales, namely Experienced Workplace Incivility Scale and Voluntary Turnover Intention Scale. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that workplace incivility has a positive effect on the voluntary turnover intention of millennial employees in Indonesia. This means that the higher the level of incivility in the workplace, the higher the employee's intention to leave the company. This study found that workplace incivility had an effect of 73.2% on the voluntary turnover intention of millennial employees in Indonesiaen_US
