dc.description.abstractThe rate of water consumption in plants will affect plant growth and development. For the water needs of the Kale plants itself, This study was to analyze the water consumption of Kale (Brassica olearaceaevar. Achepala). To test the rate of consumption of Kale, three treatment were used,treatment A (100% field capacity), treatment B (75% field capacity),and treatment C (50% field capacity). Treatment A had an average of water consumption of 383 ml/day for kale with a total harvest weight is 115 g. Treatment B with an average water consumption of 292 ml/day for kale resulted in a harvest is 180 grams. Treatment C average water consumption of kale plants of 199 ml/day and harvest weight is 73 gram. The value of water productivity in treatment A is 0,0012 kg/M3, in treatment B is 0,0025 kg/M3, and treatment C is 0,0014 kg/M3en_US
