Red chili is an annual plant that has a woody stem, which can be planted in various areas, from the lowlands to the highlands. Red chili is also one of the commodities in which North Sumatra Province is one of the production centers. Climate change also has an influence on the production of red chilies, where plants are very dependent on elements in the climate. This study aims to see the influence of climate's elements on the productivity of red chili in the Province of North Sumatra. The theory used in this study is the theory of Productivity and Multiple Linear Regression to find out which factors can affect the productivity of red chilies in the Province of North Sumatra. The results of this study, explain through the F-test that the variables such as Air Humidity, Rainfall, Sunlight and Wind Speed simultaneously have a significant influence on the productivity of red chilies in the Province of North Sumatra. Partially, the Air Humidity, Rainfall and Wind Speed variables have a significant effect on the productivity of red chilies and the Sunlight variable has no significant effect on the productivity of red chilies.en_US
