Selesai Subdistrict is one of the broiler chicken production centers in Langkat Regency. This study aims to identify the revenue cost ratio (R/C) of broiler chicken farming partnership patterns and determine the financial and non-financial feasibility of different types of cages in partnership patterns in Selesai District. The method used is the stratified random sampling method in the open house and closed house cage system with the largest, medium and small population, namely 5000 heads to 24000 broiler chickens. The study was conducted from February to March 2023. The data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis which then goes through a projection analysis approach. Based on the results of research using financial and non-financial analysis, it shows that a broiler chicken farming business with different types of cages and with a partnership pattern is feasible to run, in accordance with investment criteria such as R/C > 1, the BEP value of the price and production of the breeding system is smaller than the price and amount of chicken production produced, the BEP value of the price and production of the trading system is greater than the price and amount of broiler production produced, the NPV value is > 0 or positive value, the IRR value is 22.5% open house and the closed house is 28.8% greater than the 12% interest rate (bank Rakyat Indonesia interest rate), with the Payback Period value at an open house of 20 months (1 year 8 months) and a closed house of 25 months (2 years 1 month) is before the 5-year project life ends, while based on non financial analysis, it shows that the broiler chicken farming business with a partnership pattern has business feasibility criteria ranging from legal, technical and technological aspects, management aspects, social aspects, environmental aspects and marketing aspects so that it is feasible to run.en_US
