dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to analyze the added value of fresh red chili processing in Desa Lubuk Cuik Chili Powder Blessing Business and also the income in Desa Lubuk Cuik Chili Powder Blessing Business Cuik. The method in this study was through questionnaires and interviews with the owner of Desa Lubuk Cuik Chili Powder Blessing Business. The data analysis method used is the Hayami method to calculate added value and also the income analysis method. The results of this study concluded that the added value of Desa Lubuk Cuik Chili Powder Blessing Business was Rp 36,277.05 / kg with an added value ratio of 63,8%. The income in Desa Lubuk Cuik Chili Powder Blessing Business is IDR 2.623.086,72/ month is smaller than the Batubara Regency Minimum Wage.en_US
