Analisis WEB Perpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Menggunakan Metode Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the UINSU Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara library web using Importance Performance Analysis method. The respondents of this descriptive-quantitative research are the people who use the web of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara consisting of 19.416 respondents A total sample of 99 respondents are determined using Slovn formula and the samples are selected by applying accidental sampling technique Data are collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents or Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, consisting of those who have certainly opened and used the web of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The result indicates that web indicator of Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara is good with the average value of 71.4%
