The objectives of this research are (1) To analyze the design and management of the LK Ria Agung Nusantara cultural arts studio in production and presenting the results of the show, (2). To analyze each stage of the traditional music transmission process that occurs in the LK Ria Agung Nusantara art and culture studio, (3) To analyze each stage of traditional dance transmission in the LK Ria Agung Nusantara art and culture studio. The method used is aqualitative research narrative approach by John W. Creswell with a theory that includes management theory by Ricky W. Griffin which suggests four management processes, namely: planning, organizing, coordinating ang controlling resources. Then the researcher also uses the theory of cultural transmission wich focuses on three main components namely: (1) finding/initating, creating if you don’t yet haveseeds of potential excellence; (2) developing/ innovating and adapting the community already has seeds of excellence which are then expanded and improved; (3) strengthening/preserving and conserving if the community has developed a coherent tradition of excellence. The transmission focus occurs in three stage, namely: imitation, identification, and socialization. The results obtained show the cultural transmission is a process of cultural inheritance through various events that occur in society, both as traditional events, social events and learning processes in formal or non-formal education and art communities. Cultural transmission that occurs within the scope of the LK Ria Agung Nusantara cultural arts studio is a process of cultural inheritance in the form of traditional arts, namelymusic and dance which occur simultaneously in the process of preparation and implementation of the “ tor-tor sipitu sauan” as a traditional creative dance developed by the studio. This transmission occurs with two different processes, namely: the process transmitting the vision of traditional music and dance and the process of global transmission of traditional music and dance. Vision transmission occurs during the process of traditional music and dance practice with two different characteristics , namely vertical transmission ( from the trainer to the trainees) and horizontal ( transmission that occurs among the trainees). The global transmission of traditional art and dance occurs when the cultural arts studio LK Ria Agung Nusantara performs. In this case, the transmission occurs with two different characteristics, namely direct transmission (occurring during the performance) and indirect transmission (occurring after the performance).en_US
