dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to see the description of the work motivation of civil servant teachers who took a credit. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods use likert scale as a data collection method. The population of this research is civil servant teachers who take credit with decree as collateral in Siborongborong District. The number of research samples is 100 people. The sampling technique is incidental sampling. The measuring instrument is a work motivation scale. The work motivation scale is based on the dimensions of work motivation proposed by Hamzah (2013). Based on the results of the reaserch found that work motivation mostly in moderate category that is 44%.en_US
