Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Ekspor Kubis dari Provinsi Sumatera Utara Ke Malaysia

Abstract

Cabbage production in North Sumatera Province has experience fluctuations that tended to increase. North Sumatera Provice cabbage production has dominated the Malaysian market, so with these advantages it becomes an opportunity for cabbage farmers in North Sumatera Province to increase export capacity to Malaysia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the export volume of cabbage from Province Sumatera Utara to Malaysia. The research method uses Multiple Linear Regression to analyze the factors that effect the export volume of cabbage from North Sumatera to Malaysia. The results showed that the factors that significantly affected the export volume of North Sumatran cabbage were production factors, Malaysian GDP, the rupiah exchange rate against the ringgit and export prices. Meanwhile, the factor that has no significant effect on the export volume of cabbage from North Sumatera to Malaysia is domestic prices.
