dc.description.abstractEmployees are one of the important aset for organization to achieving the goals. The company tries to maintaining the employees from having a desire to stop working. Employees who have a desire to leave the company are known as turnover intention. Some researchers have found factors that affect turnover intention are job embeddedness and work-life balance. This study was conducted to find out how the effect of the job embeddedness to turnover intention with work-life balance as moderating variable. A questionnaire that distributed to 330 respondents and the hypothesis is examined using quantitative approach with SmartPLS. The result there is significant negative effect between job embeddedness to turnover intention. Furthermore, job embeddedness to turnover intention strenghthened by work-life balance as a moderator effect. The Implication is the organization can increase job embeddedness and work-life balance in employee to reduce turnover intention.en_US
