dc.description.abstractFish drying is one of the ways of preserving fish by reducing the water content of fish so that the activity of microorganisms can be reduced. Preservation by drying is aimed at extending the shelf life of fish. The drying process of fish is greatly influenced by several factors, namely weather because it can affect the quality of the fish in terms of shape and level of crispness. Fish drying is a way to remove the water content by the process of using thermal energy. Therefore, many people who do drying are often done in the traditional way. So that the drying process gives suboptimal results and a long process. The problem or drawback is that the cleanliness of the dried fish is seriously lacking, since at the time of drying it is carried out in the open. This can certainly affect the quality of the dried fish. The purpose of this study is to control the roof in the back-to-back fish rolling of weather conditions so that it can be controlled by open and closed roofs automatically. This system is equipped with an FC-37 rain sensor, a light LDR sensor, a servo motor, and is equipped with an Arduino nano microcontroller system. The results showed a system of rules with 9 conditions to control the roof ie. Dark light conditions-high rain, closed roof. Dark-rainy light conditions are moderate, the roof is covered. Low dark-rainy light conditions, closed roof. Dim light conditions-high rain, closed roof. Light conditions-moderate rain, closed roof. Light conditions-low rain, open roof. Bright light conditions-high rain, closed roof. Moderate sunny-rainy light conditions, closed roof. Low sunny-rainy light conditions, closed roof. With the test results, it can be concluded that the research has been successfully carried out by applying a fuzzy system to the tool.en_US
