dc.description.abstractThis working paper is written in the library of the Sumatera Utara Health Institute. Its objective is to find out circulation service activities in the library. The data are collected through observation, literature review, interviews, and documentation. The resullt of the analysis illustrates that the activities comprise borrowing by showing membership cards with automatic SliMS senayan3-stable15 matoa system. Returning is done by appearing in the circulation service unit by bringing the book(s) which will be returned, along with membership card. The loan period can only be extended once. Remending is done by demanding the borrowed book(s) in the sub-menu overdue list, recapitulated to Microsoft excel and informed to every head of study programs if the borrower has not yet returned to the library. A sanction is imposed by imposing fine for those who are late in returning the books. A letter of library-free for seniors is in the form of a CD and book donation according to each department.en_US
