Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai KPU Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The work environment is something that greatly influences employees in carrying out work activities. A good work environment will make employees more enthusiastic and motivated at work. Morale is a working atmosphere that exists in an organization that shows a sense of enthusiasm in carrying out work. One agency that has employees is the KPU of North Sumatra Province, employees at the KPU have a pretty good work spirit because they can finish work on time. The existing facilities and infrastructure are quite good, and the work environment is quite safe and comfortable. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of KPU employees in North Sumatra Province, especially employees of the Human Resources section. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlation research type. The results showed that North Sumatra Province KPU employees, especially employees in the field of Human Resources (HR) had very good work enthusiasm because based on calculations it showed a percentage of 92%. This work spirit is of course supported by a good work environment, the work environment is included in the good category because based on calculations it shows a percentage of 67%.
