dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine Arofan Beach, Togu Domu Nauli Village as a destination in increasing tourist visits in Simalungun Regency. This research uses research methods with the type of field research (field research) and library research (library research). This research data was collected through observation data and document studies. The informant in this study was the manager of Arofan Beach. Arofan Beach itself is located in Togu Domu Nauli Village, Dolok Pardamean District, Simalugun Regency. Arofan Beach is estimated to have existed since 5 years ago. However, over time now Arofan Beach is used as a bathing tourist spot that is covered with beautiful views of Lake Toba and not only the beautiful scenery on Arofan Beach is also equipped with facilities that are the needs of tourists. The discussion of this study is the potential of Arofan Beach, Togu Domu Nauli Village as a destination in increasing tourist visits in Simalungun Regency and the role of the government and community towards Arofan Beach, Togu Domu Nauli Village as a destination in increasing tourist visits in Simalungun Regency.en_US
