Kualanamu International Airport (Kualanamu International Airport) is an international airport serving the city of Medan, North Sumatra. This airport is located in Deli Serdang Regency, 26 km east of the city center of Medan. This airport is the third largest airport in Indonesia (after Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta and the new Kertajati in Majalengka, West Java. Kuala Namu Airport is one of the entry gates for domestic or international tourists to North Sumatra. Limitations of the problem in this study is the role of Customer Service in Services at Kualanamu Deli Serdang International Airport. The purpose of this research is to explain how important the task of Customer Service PT. The results of his research are Customer Service in serving Passengers. Customer Service Has a very important role in the running of airport activities, where Customer Service must provide information regarding scheduled departures, arrivals, departure delays and cancellations of departures. And Customer Service has carried out its duties according to Standard Operations Company (SOP). Customer Service in providing services must also know all the information needed by users of Kualanamu Deli Serdang International Airport. Customer Service also makes several efforts in carrying out their duties to improve service.
