dc.description.abstractTourism is everything related to tourism, including the exploitation of tourist objects and attractions, as well as businesses related to this field. The purpose of this study is to find out the development of the Parbaba White Sand Beach tourism object in improving the welfare of the community and to find out what are the obstacles in developing the object. With the research method Observation, interviews, where research where information is obtained through direct inspection of tourist objects and direct interviews with the Manager, Village Head, Village Secretariat, Tourists at tourist objects and documentation. The results showed that Parbaba White Sand Beach has an attraction to be developed into a natural beach tourism object. This tourist object has a wide expanse of white sand and a stunning view of Lake Toba. So that tourists can carry out various tourist activities in this tourist attraction. The conclusion is that there is development carried out by the village government in collaboration with the Samosir district government by arranging huts and adding facilities and infrastructure to the Parbaba White Sand Beach objecten_US
