dc.description.abstractDamar Toba is a three star hotel and restaurant with the name Lakeside Eatery And Stay. which has an attraction, namely the unique types of food dishes that are still traditional, one of which is Naniura fish. And also international food, one of which is Chicken Kung Pao. The purpose of this study is to find out what types of local food are in Damar Toba and what are the perceptions or levels of tourist satisfaction with local culinary delights in Damar Toba Balige. The research method used is a field study (Field Research) in which the researcher obtains the data by direct observation of the location and conducting interviews with the HED Master. Besides that, it also uses library research where data is obtained from books, journals, articles and other library sources that are relevant to the research. From the research results obtained, it can be concluded that tourists' perceptions of local culinary at Damar Toba Balige, Toba Regency, which received the lowest rating, were Andaliman fried rice with the dissatisfied category. And from the direct research results, it was obtained data that most tourists visiting Damar Toba ordered more Naniura food.en_US
