Peran Lembaga Pariwisata Tangkahan dalam Pengembangan Ekowisata Tangkahan Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

The Tangkahan Tourism Institute is a community institution that was officially formed as a result of the revival of the Tangkahan Ecotourism. The Tangkahan Tourism Institute plays a role in the development of Tangkahan ecotourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Tangkahan Tourism Institute in developing Tangkahan Ecotourism. The research method used was book library research and field research (field research) observations and interviews with the Chairperson of the Tangkahan Tourism Institute, Coordinator of the Department of the Tangkahan Tourism Institute, Stakeholders, and Society. The results obtained from this study, the Tangkahan Tourism Institute together with the Coordinator of the Planning Department, Coordinator of the Ranger Department, Coordinator of the Area Operations Department, Coordinator of the Department of Education, Arts and Culture Play a role in Development in the field of Tangkahan Ecotourism strategy planning, ranger field, Tangkahan Ecotourism operational area, and the field of arts and culture education in the Tangkahan Ecotourism area.
