dc.description.abstractThis research is entitled "Japanese Gastrodiplomacy in Indonesia Through Japan Halal Food 2017-2020". The purpose of this study is to determine the gastrodiplomacy implemented by the Japanese government in carrying out the Japan Halal Food Project program in Indonesia in 2017-2020 and the impact of Japanese gastrodiplomacy policies on Indonesia. This study used qualitative research methods. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this study used a library study. The data analysis technique in this study is qualitative data analysis.Japanese Gastrodiplomacy has very good effectiveness in achieving their political goals. This can be proven from their increased bargaining power in the eyes of the Indonesian state/people in the cooperation decisions that are made.en_US
