| dc.description.abstract | An analysis of pyrethroid pesticide residues (Lamda Sihalotrin) on Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) using a gas chromatography method has been carried out at the Holtikutura Food Crops Service, North Sumatra Province. Gas chromatography was equipped with N2, He and H2 carrier gases with a flow rate of 30 ml/min, the column temperature used was 270°C, the injector temperature was 270°C and the detector temperature was 290°C. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the levels of pesticide residues in tomatoes with the standard active ingredient Lamda Sihalotrin, namely tomatoes originating from Simpanglymun Market were 0.156 mg/kg and tomatoes originating from the traditional agate People's Market were obtained 0.156 mg/kg, while at Bakti Market not found. This shows that at the Bakti Market tomatoes are safe for consumption by consumers while for the Simpanglymun Market and the traditional agate Traditional Market it is not yet known whether they are safe or not for consumption because the content of the Maximum Residue Limit (MMR) of pesticides in tomatoes has not been determined by SNI 7313:2008. | en_US |
