Pengaruh Jumlah Kuli Bangunan dan Jumlah Hari Kerja terhadap Jumlah Unit Pembangunan pada PT. Batam Cahaya Sukses Tahun 2018-2021

Abstract

Housing is an environment consisting of a collection of residential units where social interaction occurs among its residents, as well as the existence of social, economic, and cultural facilities. The number of housing construction units is influenced by the number of building porters (X1), and the number of working days (X2). These factors cause the speed of development. In this writing, the data used is data for 2018-2021, the method used is Multiple Linear Regression, this analysis is used to determine the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, the magnitude of the correlation coefficient and the determination coefficient and to find out whether the relationship between each variable is positive or negative using secondary data types. The result of this writing will state that, F hitung ≥ F tabel. and concluded that ,H-0 . rejected and stated that if there is a significant relationship between the two independent variables with the dependent variable, which has a correlation value of 0.95548, which means that 95.548% of the number of housing construction units is influenced by the number of building porters and the number of working days, the remaining 4.452% can be influenced by other factors.
