Metode Wilcoxon dalam Menentukan Perbedaan Jumlah Pelanggaran Lalu Lintas sebelum dan sesudah Penerapan Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) di Kota Medan (Tahun 2021 dan 2022)

Abstract

High mobility is supported by an increasingly dense population causing higher traffic users. This situation makes traffic rules often violated because the reason is none other than the level of public awareness. The rise of traffic violations that occurred in Indonesia resulted in a bad traffic system and led to fatal accidents that resulted in the death of human lives. To reduce the level of violations that occur, the government implements an innovation, namely Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) which can help traffic efficiency and is expected to reduce the high number of violations. Supporting the statement above, the author aims to determine the difference in the number of traffic violations before and after the implementation of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) with the Wilcoxon method. The conclusion obtained from the research that has been done is that there is no significant difference between the number of traffic violations before and after the implementation of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) in Medan.
