Pemungutan Suara Ulang pada Pemilukada Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Tahun 2020

Abstract

This thesis discusses the simultaneous 2020 Regionall Head Electionsl in Mandailingl Natal Regencyl which was attended byl three regionall head lcandidates, namely H. Muhammadl Jafar Sukhairil Nst-Atikal Azmi lUtammi, the couple lDrs. H. Dahlanl Hasan lNasution-H.Aswinl Parinduri, and the couple H. Sofwatl Nasution Ir. Zubeirl Lubis. Afterl the determinationl of thel vote acquisitionl by thel KPU, there was onel pair of candidatesl who were dissatisfied withl the results ofl thel recapitulation ofl thel number ofl votes, sol theyl filedl a lawsuitl forl thel settlement ofl disputesl overl the resultsl ofl thel election tol thel Constitutionall Court. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques and tools used are library research on legal events, observation, and throughl document review onl mattersrelatingl to thelsubject being reviewed andl interviews withl related lparties. The resultsl showed thatl the Constitutionall Court decidedl to carry out lre voting in threel TPS, namely TPS 001 Bandar Panjang Tuo Village, Muara Sipongi District and at two TPS namely TPS 001 and TPS 002 Kampung Baru Village, North Panyabungan District. Thel results ofl the lre-voting werel added with validl votes froml the votingl results on Decemberl 9, l2020, namely candidatel pair number l01 receivedl 79,156 lvotes. Paslon serial number l02 won l79,002 lvotes,and paslon serial nomber 03 won 44.949 vites, so thel KPU appointed the pair H. Muhammadl Jafar Sukhairil Nst-Atikal Azmi Utammili as thel elected regentl and deputyl regent candidate.
