obtaining Tourism Village Labeling in 2022 and the factors that hinder the
Silalahi II Village Government in obtaining a Tourism Village. The results
of this study indicate that the role of the Silalahi II Village Government is
as a Facilitator, namely carrying out outreach, forming tourism awareness,
and building facilities and infrastructure. and Regulators namely rules and
prohibitions. Factors that hinder the village government in obtaining the
Tourism Village label are the lack of attention from the local government,
