Analisis Penentuan Kadar Air, Kadar Kotoran Inti Sawit dan Analisis Kadar Air pada Boiler di PKS BAH Jambi

Abstract

This research is about the Determination Analysis Of Water Content, Dirty Content In Palm Core And Water Content Analysis In Boiler At PKS Bah Jambi. The purpose of this research is knowing the water content and dirty content in palm kernel already meet SNI standarts and what impacts will there be on seed sales if the mouisture and dirty content is not up to standart. As well as analysis of feed water and boiler water have met the maximum limit and what happens if it does not comply with the maximum limit. This research is a Laboratory experimental study and the water content and dirty content palm kernel by the gravimetric method and winnowing method or select by hand. The results showed that the average water content 6,58% while the dirty content on the first day 9,68%, he second was 12.26%, the third was 7.34%, the fourth was 8.82%, the fifth was 9.83%, the sixth was 7. 35, seventh 7.34. All research data shows that the water content still meets SNI standards while the palm kernel dirty content in PKS Bah Jambi is very high because according to SNI the maximum impurities content is around 6%. For the water content in the boiler and feed water it meets the SNI standards that have been used, it can be seen from the data that has been analyzed.
