This study is about the analysis of the determination of crude free fatty acids, impurities, and water content in CPO at Bah Jambi PKS. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of free fatty acids, impurities, and water content in CPO and whether the analysis of free fatty acids, impurities, and water content has met the quality standards at Bah Jambi PKS. This research is a laboratory experiment where free fatty acid content, dirt content, and moisture content are determined by the acid-base titration method, gravimetry method, and moisture measurement method using Moisture Balance. The results of this study showed the highest and lowest average levels of free fatty acids, impurities, and moisture content for four weeks. The highest free fatty acid content was 4,63%, and the lowest free fatty acid content was 2,57%. The highest dirt content was 0,0197%, and the lowest dirt content was 0,0187%, and for the highest water content, the result was 0,41%, and the lowest water content was 0,23%.en_US
