Analisa Kadar Air dan Kadar Kotoran dari Inti Kelapa Sawit Produksi PT.Perkebunan Nusantara II PKS Pagar Merbau Lubuk Pakam

Abstract

Research on the analysis of water content and impurities content of the palm kernel produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II PKS Pagar Merbau Lubuk Pakam has been carried out using the gravimetric method. The gravimetric method is a method based on the process of isolating and measuring the weight of a particular element or compound. From the results of the analysis, the dirt content was 5.09% and the water content was 6.58%. Thus the water content and impurities in the palm kernel have met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II PKS Pagar Merbau Lubuk Pakam.
