Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menentukan Penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Berbasis VB.NET

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system designed to assist decision making in complex or ambiguous situations. In this case the author makes an application to determine recipients of Vb.Net-based Smart Indonesia Cards (KIP) with windows application types. In designing the application to determine KIP recipients, the authors made observations, research, and collected data via the internet as a support for application development. Application development uses the waterfall method as the analysis of data collection and the Promethe method decision support system as the process of determining KIP recipient candidates. UML is used as a modeling of the application, the language used in designing the application is a visual basic language. It is hoped that the application of a decision support system for determining recipients of the Indonesian Smart Card (KIP) will become an alternative assistance as a determinant of KIP recipients.
