Pola Kepemimpinan di Pesantren Darul Mursyid Tapanuli Selatan (Studi Deskriptif kualitatif tentang kepemimpinan di Pesantren Darul Mursyid Tapanuli Selatan)

Abstract

This research is entitled "Leadership Patterns in South Tapanuli Darul Mursyid Islamic Boarding School (Qualitative Descriptive Study on Leadership in Pesantren Darul Mursyid South Tapanuli) ". The aim of this research is to describe the application of pesantren leadership communication, especially downward communication to members of the organization (Downward Communication) and to describe the constraints/obstacles in implementing pesantren leadership communication. The theories used in this research are Organizational Communication, Downward Communication, leadership communication in the organization. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This study involved 7 (seven) informants consisting of the leaders and employees of the Darul Mursyid Islamic Boarding School Tapanuli Selatan. The results of the study showed that the Islamic Boarding School Leaders conducted Downward Communication to employees/members, both verbal and non-verbal communication. The leader of the Darul Mursyid Islamic Boarding School Tapanuli Selatan conducts Downward Communication when interacting and coordinating tasks and providing information regarding task instructions that need to be carried out directly by subordinates either directly or indirectly through morning apples, weekly and monthly meetings and assisted by electronic media in the form of Whatsapp group.
