    Pengaruh Penambahan Nanoselulosa Serat Daun Nanas pada Basis Gigi Tiruan Resin Akrilik Polimerisasi Panas terhadap Modulus Elastisitas

    Abstract
    The denture base is part of the denture that is in direct contact with the oral mucosa and where the tooth elements are located. Denture bases are generally made using resin base heat cured. Resin base heat cured has disadvantages, which is easy to fracture and this problem can be prevented by increasing the strength of acrylic resin, especially in its modulus elasticity. This can be overcome by increasing the strength of acrylic resin, namely by adding nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves as a reinforcing material. By adding reinforcing materials to the resin, the researcher wanted to find out whether this had an effect on the mechanical strength of other RAPPs, namely the modulus of elasticity. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of adding pineapple leaf fiber nanocellulose at concentrations of 1% and 1.5% on denture base heat cured acrylic resin on modulus elasticity. The design of this research is laboratory experimental. This research was conducted on denture base sampels of heat cured acrylic resin which were not added nanocellulose pineapple leaf fiber and added nanocellulose pineapple leaf fiber concentrations of 1% and 1.5% with a sampel size of 65 × 10 × 2.5 mm 27 sampels. Each sampel was tested with Universal Testing Machine to determine the modulus elasticity and then analyzed with the univariant test to determine the mean value and standard deviation, then one-way ANOVA test to determine the effect of adding nanocellulose fiber pineapple leaves concentrations of 1% and 1.5% to heat cured acrylic resin denture base on modulus elasticity, as well as LSD (Least Significant Difference) test to determine differences in the addition of nanocellulose to modulus elasticity. The results of this study, the mean and standard deviation values of the modulus elasticity of heat cured acrylic resin denture base without additions were 5168,31 ± 560,49 MPa, with the addition of nanocellulose pineapple leaf fiber concentration 1 % was 6016,26 ± 374,11 MPa, and with the addition of nanocellulose fiber from pineapple leaves at a concentration of 1.5% was 8536,37 ± 406,58 MPa. Furthermore, an ANOVA test was carried out with the result there was an significant effect of adding pineapple leaf nanocellulose fiber concentrations of 1% and 1.5% on the denture base of heat cured acrylic resin on modulus elasticity with a value of p=0.001 (p<0.05). Based on the results of the LSD test, there was a significant difference between the groups without the addition of nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves and with the addition of 1% and 1.5% nanosellulose in the modulus elasticity, between the groups without the addition of nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves and the addition of nanocellulose leaf fiber of pineapple 1% for modulus elasticity with value of p = 0,001 (p<0,05), between the groups without the addition of nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves and the addition of nanocellulose leaf fiber of pineapple 1,5% for modulus elasticity with value of p = 0,0001 (p<0,05), and between the groups with the addition of nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves 1% and the addition of nanocellulose leaf fiber of pineapple 1,5% for modulus elasticity with value of p = 0,0001 (p<0,05). In this study it can be interpreted that there is an effect of adding nanocellulose fiber of pineapple leaves to the denture base of heat cured acrylic resin on the modulus elasticity.
