Work-life balance is a situation where individuals feel bound and satisfied with work
life and family life. One of the factors that influence work-life balance is
organizational support. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived
organizational support on work-life balance. This study uses a quantitative method
with the sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling using accidental
sampling. This study uses a Likert scale and there are 2 scales used, namely the worklife
balance scale and the perceived organizational support scale which involves 100
employees of PT. Expravet Nasuba Medan as a research respondent. Based on the
results of the regression calculation, the determinant coefficient value (R-Square) was
obtained for the research subject of 0.862. This shows that perceived organizational
support has an influence on work life balance of 86.2% for PT employees. Expravet
