dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation and employee engagement on turnover intention at PT. PX. This type of research uses a type of quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PX with a sample of 150 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. PX. Work engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. PX. Simultaneously the two variables are aimed at turnover intentions, this is evidenced by the results of the F test where the output results show the calculated F value of 364,239 and F table of 3,06.en_US
