dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and reward on employee performance at PT Ecodu Pedjuang Harapan. The subjects in this study were employees of PT Ecodu Pedjuang Harapan totaling 33 people. This study uses quantitative explanatory methods using the Likert scale as a data collection method, namely the scale of non-physical work environments, reward scales, and employee performance appraisal scales. The analysis method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method and obtained the results that: (1) The non-physical work environment has no effect on the performance of PT Ecodu Pedjuang Harapan employees. (2) Reward does not affect the performance of PT Ecodu Pedjuang Harapan employees. (3) Non-physical work environment and reward effect by 3.9%. | en_US |
