Supply Chain Management (SCM) has a very important role in the manufacturing industry. PT. BOBO is a food company that produces bread. Problems that often occur in the supply chain of PT. BOBO is found in the discrepancy between production planning and production implementation which is caused by wastes that occur during the production process, such as waiting time from one process to another, excess inventory, especially WIP, and the resulting reject products. The general objective of this final project research is the application of Lean Supply Chain to identify and reduce waste in the supply chain of PT. BOBO. The method used in this study to identify waste in the supply chain is Lean Supply Chain and Value Stream Mapping. After that, details of supply chain activities are carried out using Process Activity Mapping, then an analysis of waste and suggestions for improvement is carried out using the 5W1H method. The results of the process activity mapping carried out obtained 6 operating activities, 23 transportation activities, 12 inspection activities, 9 storage activities, and 2 delay activities. After that, the results of grouping value added and non value added activities obtained 8 activities grouped in value added activities and 44 activities grouped in non value added activities with a ratio of 15.38% value added activity and 84.62% non value added activity. The results obtained from the proposed improvements are an increase in the percentage of value added activity from 15.38% to 16.67% and a decrease in the percentage of non value added activity from 84.62% to 83.33%.
