Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety Organization noted that the number of work accidents in Indonesia was 234,270 cases in 2021. The number increased by 5.65% from the previous year. Work accidents are also quite common in UKM Kotama Shoes, such as cuts in fingers, hands injured by a hammer, burns, and so on. Based on field surveys, these accidents can occur due to a lack of awareness of the behavior of workers using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of knowledge and attitudes towards K3 behavior awareness of workers at UKM Kotama Shoes along with suggestions for improvement. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection in this study was by distributing questionnaires to 30 workers at UKM Kotama Shoes Arief Rahman Hakim Street Number 206 C, Sukaramai. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the study, the knowledge and attitude variables together had a significant effect and contributed to awareness of OSH behavior in UKM Kotama Shoes. Partially, the knowledge variable has a significant positive effect on K3 behavior awareness of UKM Kotama Shoes workers and the attitude variable has a significant positive effect on the behavioral awareness of Kotama Shoes UKM workers. This research is expected to provide input to the company and can reduce the level of work accidents in the company.
