Women leaders are also able to make appropriate and fast decision making in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, namely through activities to keep their distance, vaccination, use of masks, and social assistance through decision making. Women leaders are able to provide strategies for a humanist approach in dealing with the actions of people who are not willing to follow existing policies through determinating.
