Pra Rancangan Pabrik Bioetanol 96% dari Nira Nipah (Nypa Fruticans) dengan Kapasitas 12.500 Ton/Tahun dan Tugas Khusus: Rancangan Keteknikan Detail Fermentor
Abstract
Ethanol is a flammable colored liquid and alcohol which is widely used in everyday life. Ethanol is a chain alcohol with the chemical formula C2H5OH and the empirical formula C2H6O. Nipa plant as an alternative can be used as a raw material for making bioethanol by tapping the sap on flower stalks and fermenting it so that it can produce bioethanol with an alcohol content of 96%.
Pre-designed design of a bioethanol 96% production plant using Nypa Fruticans as raw material with a capacity of 12,500 tonnes/year and operating for 330 days a year. The main process in this factory design consists of four stages, namely the raw material preparation stage, the hydrolysis stage, the fermentation stage and the purification stage. This plant is expected to meet 34.50% of Indonesia's bioethanol needs. The planned business entity form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) and the organizational form is line and staff with the required workforce of 126 people.
The results of the economic analysis of production bioethanol 96% from nipa sap:
• Total Investment Capital : Rp. 180,334,858,292,-
• Total Production Cost : Rp. 199,275,804,336,-
• Sales Results: Rp. 347,482,296,471,-
• Net Profit : Rp. 103,301,515,978,-
• Profit Margin (PM) : 42.44%
• Break Even Point (BEP) : 32.41%
• Return on Investment (ROI) : 25.58%
• Pay Out Time (POT): 3.91 years
• Return on Network (RON) : 42.63%
• Internal Rate of Return (IRR) : 35.74%
From the results of the analysis of the economic aspects, it can be concluded that the Bioethanol Production Plant from Nira Nipah with a capacity of 12,500 tonnes/year is feasible to establish.
