PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera is a company that produces yellow fin tuna. PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera to identify risks and causes of risks that may affect the yellowfin tuna supply chain of PT. Winson Prima Sejahtera which will then design risk mitigation in order to minimize these risks. The stages of the research carried out are activity mapping, determining risk events, risk agents, calculating the Aggregate Risk Potential, and risk mitigation actions using the House Of Risk (HOR) method. There are 29 risk events (risk events) and 15 risk causes (risk agents). The results of the ARP calculation obtained 4 risk agents with the highest priority. The highest priority risk agent is human resources (A1), while the lowest priority risk agent is natural conditions (A12). There are 5 risk mitigation actions that can be recommended to PT.
