Sukku Coffee and Space is a business engaged in the Coffee shop business. There are
several discrepancies that often occur in Sukku Coffee and Space, such as coffee beans
that do not meet the standards due to the supplier's inappropriate grade, young coffee
beans, and broken coffee beans. So far, suppliers have not consistently met the
appropriate coffee bean standards, Sukku Coffee and Space only manually sorts
defective products or receives them clean from direct suppliers, and does not record
the number of defective coffee beans. This study aims to conduct an analysis of supplier
selection to deterrnine the company's needs consistently and minimize the risks
associated with the procurement of raw materials and components. This research was
conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method
can produce numerical priorities that are useful for evaluating suppliers on various
factors. The AHP method is also structured based on a hierarchical model which
together with decision making is useful f or providing solutions based on the highest
weight value of each existing criterion, so by giving AHP questionnaires to informants,
namely the owner of Sukku Coffee and Space ancl existing suppliers, p. This can be
used as a decision support that uses multiple criteria in achieving goals. The result of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting, it was found that the most important weight at each level based on the data processing and analysis that has been carried out is that quality is the most important variable in supplier selection, delivery is the most important variable in supplier selection.
