dc.description.abstractThisstudy discussesthe effectiveness of the Teaching Campus activities carried out through the second batch of teaching campus programs at SDS Advent Binjai. In this study the authors tried to examine whether the learning culture that emerged from teaching campus activities that involved students had good effectiveness and influence on students, schools, teachers, and students. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Researchers are also part of the students who are members of the Teaching Campus activities at SDS Advent Binjai. The research process was carried out after the Teaching Campus activities and lasted for almost two months. Field data were obtained both from direct participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and from reports on campus teaching activities. All data were analyzed using descriptive method. In this study, there were 29 informants where 20 of them were students who attended SDS Advent Binjai, six students whotook part in campus teaching activities in batch 2 at SDS Advent Binjai, and three teachers at SDS Advent Binjai. The results of this study indicate that SDS Advent Binjai was chosen in the campus teaching program to become the location for campus teaching activities because the school still has accreditation c and the lack of teaching staff at the school. The involvement of campus students teaching at SDS Advent Binjai is very active in its various program activities. Campus teaching activities for batch 2 at SDS Advent Binjai can be said to be effective and have an influence on each party involved. The influences felt by the school included (1) Neat School Archive Arrangement, (2) Library Revitalization and Reading Culture, (3) Creative Classes and Improved Learning Facilities, (4) School Ecosystems that were More Disciplined and Educative. The influence felt by students consists of, (1) Psychological Influence, (2) Social Influence, and (3) Academic Influence. The influence felt by the teacher is, (1) Feeling Assisted in Teaching, (2) Increasing Innovation in Learning Materials, (3) Increasing Collaboration-Based Teaching Performance, (4) Lightening the Teacher's Burden and (5) Helping Students Understand. And the influence felt by students is, (1) Increasing Teaching Ability, (2) Developing Self Competence, and (3) Increasing Awareness of Educational Issues. The conclusion of the research confirmsthat SDS Advent Binjai has accreditation C, it is a requirement of the 2nd batch of campus teaching programs. The involvement of campus students teaching the 2nd class at SD Advent Binjai is very enthusiastic about carrying out activities from the teaching campus work program. The campus program teaches batch 2, namely teaching, assisting with school/library administration, and assisting with technology adaptation. Campus teaching activities for batch II at SDSAdvent Binjai can be said to be effective and have a good influence on every party that participates, namely schools, teachers, students and students.en_US
