Persepsi Masyrakat Kecamatan Medan Denai terhadap Kinerja Pemko Medan di Bidang Ketertiban Umum (Keamanan) Periode Bobby Nasution-Aulia Rachman

Abstract

The background of this thesis is the problem of public order in the city of Medan, especially in Medan Denai. Although based on the survey results that have been described indicating that the community is satisfied with the performance of the Pemko Medan City during the Bobby Nasution period as Mayor of Medan, this thesis aims to determine whether the level of public perception is high or low on government performance in the field of public order. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires to the sample. Based on the results of research and discussion, respondents have perceptions in the low category with a moderate tendency towards the performance of Pemko Medan regarding human objects in Medan City. This can be seen from the low percentage of 33.96%, followed by the moderate level of 32.07%. So the Medan Denai people's perception of the government's performance in the field of public order tends to be low. This is related to the performance of Pemko Medan in handling human objects in the city of Medan.
